Itaobuy is very good Quality

amazing customer service, large range of products and super easy and simple ordering format! If you ever need any assistance you can message your agent directly, allowing any issues to be sorted quickly and without ai chatbot nonsense! HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! They offer various shipping options, and if you ever need help its super easy to get in contact, worth mentioning that it is based in china meaning the timezone will differ, +8h for UK, etc etc...

The process is simple good quality products although shipping could be cheaper

Got some stuff but the money left on the account is not paid back. They charged me a additional rehearsal fee when they did wrong (claimed i had batteries). So be aware, i will not use them again and i'm quite sure most reviews here are fake.

download a few app to buy products from china , itaobuy is the worst . it is difficult to find their customers service people , in the beginning I contacted their staff in discord , it turned out the staff in discord only speak English and can not solve any issues , if you have questions , you have to submit a ticket . after I submitted a ticket , no people response after 2 days. then I tried to in APP submitted a question, finally after 24 hours they responded . later on I asked questions a few times , every time they respond over 12 hours . customer service sucks ! the important things for buyer is the postage , itaobuy always over weight my parcel , one parcel they told me is 8.8 kg , buy when I received it , I Saw on the package it labeled only 3.92 kg , all three parcels are over charged me , they postages are 4 times over other companies . another thing itaobuy trap you is after the postage , they said they refund you a few dollars , I tried to withdraw my dollars from itaobuy account , the page just suddenly disappeared , the staff told me the money should go into the bank account I used to pay the postage but I never see the refund money so far . overall , the experience with itaobuy very bad , I want cancel the account , but guess what , you can not cancel it on APP ! buy the way , they gave you some promotion code or discount , but after you applied it to your postage , it is still 4 times over other companies cost ! buy the way , the APP very slow also . overall , it is very bad service from itaobuy , don't fall into their trap !

the delivery was quite expensive even with coupons but the quality check photos are well done and amazing customer service , it took quite a while but i think it's because i took the cheapest option .

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER The shipping is to expencive and I paid for premium line to get my order in 2 weeks but they used a different eco cheap line they left my parcel completely stuck for over 60 days with zero tracking updates They completely broke the agreement refused a full refund and only gave a partial refund to the platform balance instead of my bank card just to force me to spend more money Absolute thieves avoid iTaoBuy at all costs
