Good artwork but not set properly after experiencing Issues with the portrait and frame falling apart after 10 days.

Service was excellent. I purchased 2 pieces in the sale girl with pearl earrings and couples both look really good.

I recently purchased a large piece of artwork as a gift in December, unfortunately it arrived damaged. I initially had issues with lack of communication from Ivhu art which was frustrating but after numerous emails and messages I finally received a response and wanted to say that they have redeemed themselves. They apologised for the lack of contact and were quick to resolve the issue by sending out a replacement piece of artwork that arrived safely and my partner was extremely happy with the quality of the product. I would urge them to improve their communication to ensure a great purchase experience for their customers.

A beautiful addition to my “tropical” escape! The bold gold leaf contrast with the black, grey, and white blends seamlessly with all the gold and green tropical leaves theme of my home. ‘The Blind King’ fit in perfectly!

I ordered a print as a Christmas present but unfortunately it was the wrong print. It took a while to get rectified but eventually I received the correct print and was gifted the wrong one as compensation. Slow to resolve but resolved nonetheless and I now have two beautiful prints,

Ordered a beautiful piece and specified address of delivery. how about ivhu prepared order 17 days later and shipped to the wrong address.. i alerted them via messages and emails. Not one response. Now i'm left trying to figure out how to get the artwork and figure out what to do next.

It arrives as expected. The photo is gorgeous! I hung it up immediately. Looking forward to more purchases in the future.

I did not have any issues or concerns and therefore am rating my experience great. I also appreciated the shipping updates and how well the artwork was wrapped to protect it during shipment.

Easy to order, fast delivery, and the picture is gorgeous and arrived in perfect condition. This is the second picture I have ordered from Ivhu and both times both the customer service and the artwork has been phenomenal

Pic arrived, beautifully framed a few weeks after purchase.Looks great.
My only point would be that I would have liked a dispatch update email a few days prior to delivery as well as the notice from the delivery company the day before.
