I ordered a chair almost a year ago, delivered by Ivol and it arrived broken. I mailed them several times, giving all details. They barely answered and of course they didn't refund. It's march 2023 when I'm writing this comment and their last mail was sent on september 2022...
Avoid this company, they are just thieves. I would have rated them 0 star if I could.

I order a entrance Carpet
On delivery the pack was perfect, no damages but the at the unpacking we discover the carpet ripped.
The same day we sent several messages with pictures of the carpet, the package. No answer.
No respect of the customer.
I ordered a white office chair.
The box was broken and full of holes, the instructions ripped, and the chair has a dark mark that looks like finger prints right in the center.
I emailed them about it and they told me to just clean it...
I purchased a large and expensive whiteboard from this company, when it arrived everything looked fine, but as soon as i wrote something with my own whiteboard markers and tried to remove it, it was clear that what I received was of really poor quality. Wiping, even with proper whiteboard cleaning solution only removes about 20% of the marks. The board is not usable as intended at all.
Ivol has been most unhelpful, they insist that because I wrote on the board (used it), they cannot take it back. How is one supposed to know that the product does not work otherwise?
