Very professional and IWA do great things for the community

My brother had to get a parking pass as he is not in the best of health, and I was directed to this organization. I dealt with Ms. Bell who was always courteous, and when I did have an issue, a supervisor/manager made contact with me to resolve the issue.

Tony was very responsive and extremely professional and I thank him for his kind time and attention.

This organization does a lot for people when people are disadvantaged with respect, and they should be supported more.
