Have dealt with Simon at iwantavilla.com for several years, always a pleasure, has looked after us every time from when I had to rebook after breaking my ankle and recently due to Covid, the dealings are always pleasant and very easy, would recomend every time.

Our experience with I want a villa has been first class, from helping us out with moving our booking during the pandemic at no extra cost to the quick and helpful response to any of our queries. We will definitely be recommending and using them again for any future trips.

Our villa had been cancelled for 2021, due to the owner selling up. After many hours searching various websites, we found an ideal replacement on Iwantavilla.com web site. Had a few questions and always received a speedy response from Simon. Excellent service so far.

Would highly recommend I Want A Villa, very helpful throughout original booking process then tried their very best to accommodate us when we had to cancel by offering us the option of alternative dates. Always responded promptly to emails (and I sent many!) and answered any queries I had. Will definitely be rebooking through I Want A Villa next year.

Had a few issues with our holiday this year (COVID 19) and needed to contact Andy at least 5 times, and every time Andy has got back in touch within 24 hours. In the end changed holiday to next year which this company did for us at no extra cost. Then informed the villa we had chosen has been taken off short term bookings, we have been offered different villa , same Or better standard. ThiS company has done everything and more to help us, thanks Andy and team for all your help.

Due to coronavirus our flight was cancelled and Simon has greatly assisted with moving our booking to next year. We can’t fault the communications so far with ‘Iwantavilla’ and all queries have been very quickly answered. I was impressed with the website and the the villas appear to be of a high standard. Looking forward to the stay next year and will be delighted to write a review of the accommodation.

Outstanding company - I can not say enough great things about Simon Meredith and "I Want A Villa". Simon goes above and beyond to provide an outstanding service to all. His website is easy to use, and has any and all information that you need to find your vacation rental. The houses are outstanding as well - clean, comfortable, very well equipped - couldn't ask for more.

We have used "I Want A Villa" twice now for vacation rentals in Florida. I wouldn't even consider using any other company. Most recently our booking was for two house, one for our family of 10 (our children, and grandchildren), the second for my sister-in-law and her family of 16 (children & grandchildren). We had booked two houses side-by-side, but unfortunately the home owner of our rental decided to cancel the booking. Simon contacted me immediately and worked with me to find both our families alternate rentals - still together, and at the same price.

Stayed in villa jasmine 1 over the Xmas and new year period. Absolutely loved the villa and everything about it ... the beds are to die for. Been home a week and really missing it. Everything is home from home. We arrived to Xmas decorations which was a lovely touch. Simon has been so helpful thoroughly ghe whole process. I would 100% recommend I want a villa. We will return.

Easy to book and to contact would use again.

We have used iwantavilla previously with great success and have found the simple to use search facility perfect for us as we are a large group requiring two villas near to each other. There were so many choices of villas on the site and we were able to filter our specific requirements with things like number of bedrooms, direction of pooldeck, games rooms, etc as well as choose two villas next to each other which was of primary importance.
The villas we booked were on Highlands Reserve which is a beautiful peaceful location close enough to all the major attractions. Both villas were stunning and we were able to deal directly with the owners themselves which gave us complete peace of mind.
We intend to visit Florida again and iwantavilla will be our first choice to find our perfect place. Thank you. Highly recommended. 5 stars from all of us!

Well, where do I start? Without a doubt the best villa we have stayed in since we first started visiting Orlando back in 2006.

Right from the start we found the website very easy to navigate and search for available villas. We love the look and how informative the website is and how easy it was to compare villas on features and price. Even when I called the office with a question, Simon in the office was very helpful and informative and steered me in the right direction based on our particular needs.

Booking the villa was easy and I paid our deposit with my credit card through Stripe and there were no extra charges like you find on other websites. From our booking, till we got home and received our security deposit back was very professional.

The villa was very clean and tidy, well laid out and it felt like a home from home. The beds were so comfortable and with there being 5 of us, there was plenty of space inside and outside on the pool deck.

Everything we needed for our stay was there and working. The outside area around the large pool was brilliant and very sunny with 6 sun loungers. We generally ate out in the shady lanai as there was a big ceiling fan and this made it ideal to get some rest from the sun.

I noticed a lot of the villas on the estate where the outside pool area wasn't very private. Our villa however had tall hedges on both sides screening you from your neighbours and then looks on to a conservation woodland which was fantastic for privacy.
We Will definitely be back again at some stage and would recommend this villa to anyone. It is so handy to Disney as well as restaurants and shopping and I enjoyed the golf - they were very friendly bunch up at the golf club.

Left us with plenty of great memories till we can get back again, sooner if we win the lottery 🙂

We have used I Want A Villa successfully several times. They have an excellent website with a lovely clear layout that's user-friendly with loads of beautiful villas to rent.

I booked a villa from this site and was quite amazed by it. Villa was spacious and had all amenities. Rooms had individual TV sets and were maintained property. Booking was hassle free and customer support is great. I had an amazing time with my family and kids loved this place. Thank you for making my trip wonderful!!!
