Excellent Help with Kids Smartwatch Issue
The support team solved my smartwatch problem in no time! I bought a kids’ smartwatch on AliExpress, but the account was already linked to another administrator (probably an issue that happened when the software was first installed by the manufacturer). Quick and Expert Server Support!
I had an issue where my old GPS Watch (SeTracker compatible) was permanently locked to a lost administrator account, and the SMS factory reset commands were failing. The support team (via email) responded quickly and, using the IMEI and my details, performed the server unbind (deletion) remotely. My watch is now successfully registered to my new account. Excellent, professional, and swift service! Highly recommended for any server/binding issues!
