I ordered a coat from this company based on their claim of dispatch within 1–2 days. It’s now well past that timeframe, and I’ve received zero updates on my order.

I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times via both email and phone, and have been completely ignored. No response, no explanation—nothing.

At this point, this feels highly suspicious. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will be pursuing a chargeback through my bank and reporting the company to the relevant UK authorities, including Action Fraud and the National Cyber Security Centre.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here.

I ordered sunglasses on the 23rd Feb - they have still not arrived and on the shop app says they are awaiting details and despite asking for an update on the order on three occasions I have heard nothing from them and no movement on the tracking app either. Very frustrated and going to raise a charge back with my bank.

Bought a few pairs of sunglasses for my holiday, quality is really nice and they also provided protective casing for each pair of sunglasses.

Purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses from here, quality was very good and they came in lovely packaging. Hubby approved too.
