No reply, so email working, no support. contact page is not working at all, support website aswell !

license never received

J2T module purchase comes with support but they never reply to it. They are impossible to get hold of. There are bugs in the module and they do no reply to support tickets. The couple of replies I did get are weeks apart then they stop replying. Avoid them.

It seems the company is not working anymore at all. we've purchased one extention, but it won't work on recent magento version. unfortunately we haven't received any feedback and the support is non-existing. its a shame, because we like the old version in magento 1

Awful - I am having the exact same issue as the last review where they are no longer responding to emails at all.

Last year there were responding and now they have an active shop and keep taking money but refuse to answer any emails (two different clients)

Lesson learned.

Don't purchase anything from this guys. they are thieves. They sell you a plugin which won't work and never answer your emails and you will lose your money. Take it or leave it. up to you. i told you guys.

I just got a message from J2T that they have refunded the money. They apologise for the delay and say they are just really busy at the moment.
So in the end it looks like the problem is solved for now. Thanks J2t!

I bought the Reward Points extension from J2t Design for our new Magento 2.2 website. However after installing we got an error in the configuration in the backend of Magento.

After contacting J2t Design support it took more than 2 weeks before they replied back to us. Because we wanted to continue development and lost our trust in J2t we bought an extension from another Magento partner which is working fine.

I'm already trying for more than 1 month to get my money back. J2t Design replied to my PayPal claim that I should cancel the claim and they will give me a refund. But I prefer to continue the claim because you only have one chance to start one and I lost my trust. After that they offered me to refund 90% of the price through PayPal. I accepted that offer but now the claim is closed and I did not receive the funds.

So please, choose another Magento developer for your extensions.

1) The extension does not work (at least for us on a clean Magento)
2) Very poor support
3) They are not willing to refund if their extension is not working properly

Of course I will update my post if I receive more information from J2t about this issue.
