I am very disappointed with my experience.
I made a deposit using the instant bank transfer method, and the funds were deducted from my bank account immediately. However, even after more than 24 hours, the deposit was still not credited to my gaming account.
I provided proof of payment, including the bank statement, but I kept receiving generic responses telling me to “wait” or that the transaction is pending with the payment provider. I was even asked to wait until Monday despite the money already being taken from my account.
This situation is extremely frustrating, especially when using an “instant” payment method. I expect faster processing and clearer communication when it comes to handling customers’ funds.
I hope the company resolves this issue quickly and improves their deposit handling process in the future.
