I have used Jackamoo for a couple of years. Always fast delivery and the juice is great. Thanks guys and keep up the fantastic work.

Jackamoo have went from being one of the best tasting liquids in the UK to absolutely tasteless. They were always my go to for great flavours but my past 2 orders (6 different liquids) were all lacking flavour. Not sure if they have cut back on their concentration but I definitely will never be ordering again. There are far better UK companies out there.

Brilliant company to deal with and the only place I buy vape from now. If ever any problems it is rectified with no fuss what’s done ever.

Just placed yet another order with this perfect company. Been using jackamoo juice now for over 3 years & only ever had 1 problem which Terry rectified immediately. Thier customer service is second to none & will go out of their way to make sure things go smoothly. As Tina Turner once sung "Your simply the best" Full of flavour & would & have recommend to anyone :-)

Second time me and the wife have used Jackamoo juice and we honestly can’t fault them! 300ml deal each for £60 of top quality juice is ideal. Taste is fantastic and the speed of delivery is first class mate! Ordered Thursday was dropped through my letter box on Friday morning now that’s quick considering I’m way up in Scotland.
Will defo be back for more orders as this is our go to vendor for now on! Banging service and mental good flavours

Had quite a few different flavours from Terry and the taste of every bottle was exactly as described. Me and Mrs have quit smoking cigarettes thanks to the excellent juice we have had from jackamoo juice. Thanks so much! Will be back as soon as our bottles are gone as we know we are never disappointed with the flavors or quality. Top service for top prices. Cannot go wrong.

Brilliant service, an issue with royal mail caused my order to be delayed, as soon as Terry found out he re sent my order and it arrived the very next day along with the original order. When i asked Terry if he wanted me to send one of the packages back he said to keep them both to make up for any inconvenience. Great flavours, great company. Highly recommended!

Only thing cheap about jackamoo is their prices, I have been using this company for a long time now and I can honestly say I cannot fault them, their range of flavours is immense and delivery and customer services is second to none, like many I’ve used other companies but nothing comes close to jackamoo and I don’t now bother going elsewhere

Got introduced to these guys years ago when they were still fairly new and have been through the usual ups and downs but they have ironed out any flaws and now the juice they make is absolutely lush.
I don't order as often as I should because I've been supporting a local business by buying their own juice but jackamoo is absolutely my go to now that the local has thrown in the towel.

Well ..here we go. First of all , the juices are not always the same amount , i haven't complained about this before even though sometines im 5 or ten short . This doesnt bother me , although telling someone it does not after a complaint and being as cocky as you are is un called for and probably why you are back to being in your words "a small business" you should be better than that by now . I find the customer service terrible , i still have messages from over a year ago that you ignored terry . Your flavours are inconsistent , pics are different tk the bottle thag arrives through the post . Sometimes no labels at all . I have been a customer for over 2 years now , i thought you were onto something but you have let the business dkwn with your attitude to customers and your refusal that anything is wrong with your product ..to the point you will accuse the customer of being in the wrong . It reminds me of kitchen nightmares where the chefs/owners just cant admit their mistakes . So sad to see this business fail this way .

Good value, regular deals, a wide variety of choice and fast delivery. Can't fault that. I like to purchase regular, pre-mixed flavours and try the odd new one but essentially keep it simple, never had a problem. My partner likes to buy the base and mix his own with flavour shots etc. Again, never had a problem. I'm a creature of habit, if I find something I like and it works, I'll stick with it.

Avoid this company like the plague. The juices are absolutely rubbish, secret to his cheap juices? No flavouring.

Just when I thought the juices were as bad as it could get, the customer service is even worse.

Purchased some juices off this company and when they arrived I was shocked, now I know taste is subjective and having vaped for years and years now I have given away my fair share of juices that just wasn’t for me. But No flavouring and vaping plain VG is surely a production error.

I was nice and contacted “Terry” wondering if there had been a bad batch, offered to return them to test and even offered to buy some flavour shots or additional items that might help.

His aggressive clearly copy and pasted email, (I’m guessing he needs this at hand quite a bit during the day) used every excuse going and even blamed the nic shot (I purchased from him too) and shaking techniques! I’ve enjoyed hundreds of short fills and never had an issue. But tried one of them without adding one and it still tasted of nothing. I’ve tried it in tanks, drippers, different coils, same result. Explained this and he just ignores you.

I have since taken it to various vape friends and shops and they have tried it and said it’s plain VG, apparently the flavourings are the most expensive part so he is known to be a cheapskate with them. I even offered it to someone who vapes pound shop juice for free and he said no thanks! Tells you all you need to know really.

If I can save one customer wasting their hard earned money I will feel better.

Apparently Terry has previous for removing negative reviews and blocking people from commenting strange how most of his so called amazing juices have no reviews?

Don’t buy from here. You will be sorry.
