I had some quality issues with the cables and legs for the solar panels I recently ordered, so I filed a warranty claim. The response exceeded my expectations because I quickly received replacements for every single item after providing video and photo evidence.

Unfortunately, I was not able to review this product. There was an issue with delivery and a refund was provided. However, I will say that the Jackery Customer Service team is second to none. Even though I ordered my product through a third party vendor, I addressed my issue with them directly. They reviewed my concerns, took them seriously, and responded to me in a professional and timely manner. The situation was resolved and I had a full refund of my purchase within seven days. I speak highly of them. I do have a smaller generator and I have had no problems with it.I recommend this company and would definitely purchase a Jackery product in the future.

Delivery was prompt. My contact at Jackery was knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions about delivery. My only suggestion would be to deliver solar panels along with the battery by courier not Canada Post. The panels are too large for the postal service to easily handle.

The items are packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Set up was easy and the Fridge Guard and Battery back up are working well and are very quiet. The display is too small and it is hard to see the little icons. Knowing if you set it up correctly is hard to tell and that makes it very frustrating.
