Jacket was not the same colors as in the site images... Maroon and hot pink are not the same and customer service says it's just the lighting... I want a refund

The jacket was delivered much faster than expected. Not only that, but it looks extremely accurate and stylish. Although the leather smell is strong, it goes away after some use. An amazing purchase fot sure!

The ordering process was easy, and shipping was fast and free. We received email updates as the order was getting completed and shipped. The item was exactly as described and exactly what we wanted. We did not have to use customer service because we didn't run into any problems. Very happy with this transaction!

The coat is beautiful and it only took about 3-4 weeks to receive it. It fits me well also, but not when I am wearing a suit underneath, which was why I ordered a size 2XL. Other than that, the price was quite reasonable and I am pleased with my purchase.

I made my purchase over a month ago and still no tracking of it leaving Dubai!

After a month you cancelled my order - no idea why!!!! How useless is that?

Great Jacket, good quality materials and looks like the original one worn by the singer.

They sold me a jacket and when it arrived it was the a different style and color from the picture on their site. When I emailed about the problem, I was told "Same exact color out of stock". I had to email three times to get them to accept the return (instead of keeping a jacket that looks nothing like what I wanted and being refunded less than a quarter of what I paid) and still had to pay shipping both ways myself on a jacket I would never have bought if they had been upfront about the correct color being out of stock.

I wouldn't take the risk of buying from them again.

Regarding the reply, this was not a "slight color variation"; I ordered a light green jacket (pictured on their website) and got one that was a much, much darker shade. As for the refund, once again, I had to pay shipping both ways (the "full" refund was only for the jacket itself) so even with the refund I lost money buying from them and wasted a lot of time dealing with them by email to even get that.

My jacket came and it looked great. I would give 5 stars but it came slightly later than I was told it would. The customer service people responded quickly when I reached out.

The jacket is thinner and not as structured as it appears online. I have had it just for a couple of months and the fabric is actually looking a bit pilled/worn in a few places, even though I don't wear it more than once a week. However I do get complimented on it a lot, it is very vibrant. Just wish it was higher quality.

This is a great Purdue University (Boilermaker) Jacket. I am a Purdue Graduate (BS, 1984) and have been looking for a good jacket for almost 40 years. Finally - Jackets Creator came through with a Purdue Jacket I am proud to wear. The quality is great and size is perfect. THANK YOU!
