No loyalty to existing customers if you play on there site regular they stop your bonus .. instead of not letting them deposit they just take away the bonus it gets frozen.. don't get me wrong it's got good games and alot of range but when it comes to showing gratitude for loyal customers it's a nope .. hook line sinker .. I've been asking and complaining about lump sum bonus they give to customers who stopped playing like my daughter and friends but if you play with jackpotjoy regular nothing bk .

Updated review - still no funds returned to my account was told 72 hours then 5 days. Chased this up on 5th day ( 6 days including weekend ) and told it could be longer with now no timescale. 6 days my money has now sat in this sites account waiting in a que to be verified speaks volumes. I’ve demanded an outcome today or I’m moving forward with complaints no customer should be told to just wait it’s not professional whatsoever. Not great to be honest loaded £300 into the game. Played a few slots seem to be very low payout compared to other sites. Did say £50 free on bingo however I never got this after depositing! How ever did get one of the box bonanza by text message opened it up got £39 for free which was a magic touch! This site used to be really good 10 years back 👍 not sure what’s happened! Not giving 1 star because I lost! Honestly going to give my review of this site

The more I played on this website the more the games would stop giving a bonus when I 1st started playing the slots seem to be problem free and work as normal and then like I say as time goes on the slots seem to be laggy slow loading and letting you spend X amount of money then reloading right when it feels like a bonus is going to drop u can’t complain about it because all the customers service say is it’s all luck base and we can’t control anything that happens or the basic trouble shooting of clear your browser data and try again

If I was to give my honest opinion it would seem the slots are being mess with to make a bonus not drop

Next problem is the promo games
You win 30p max or a 5 free spins at 10p that don’t do nothing

Problem is there is no way to prove they are not doing anything and no way to prove they are

Please please don't play on this site they rip you off every time you deposit no bonuses and no big win on any base game they are scammers from my experience they taken over 2000 of me in a week time and no withdrawal most of the money gone on 1 game and the bonuses I get is less then 30x its unbelievable how rigged its stay away and if you are with them close your account and play somewhere else where they are fair and pay back their customers
