This is by far the worst online gambling site.
Your chances of winning are minimal, and the chances of getting a bonus is as rare as rocking horse s#@t! When I think about the money I have played with on this fixed site, I could have won loads on other decent sites! Something isn't right with jackpot joy, yet somehow they are able to get away with it! And this isn't sore loser mentality by the way, I haven't played on there for sometime now, as I thought I would stay away for a while, and see how I genuinely felt about the site........ Well this review is exactly how I feel!!
Don't waste any of your money on this site. You've more chance of burning your money, and hope it comes back reincarnated as a bigger amount of money, than you have of jackpot joy paying out for you!

So in the past I have enjoyed JPJ and won a few times. However recently I've noticed that it takes money without spinning!! I had 60p left did a 40p spin and it said 'not enough funds' and took my balance to 11p!! And it's not the first time it's done this!! Won't be playing again!!

I have loved playing on Jackpotjoy for 20 years. Things have become poor recently but today was the final straw. Aparently I have been flagged up as potentially having a gambling problem because I put in chat that my husband was awaiting a pacemaker. I did that because I have friends online and we are a proper community, we share our daily life. In JPJs opinion I might be gambling to escape my real life!!! They even admitted I am in profit this month. I could not stand the accusing way they talked to me, they didnt ring to see if my husband was OK only to accuse me of using gambling as an escape. I am so upset because I have been chatting to some of those poeple for 20 years. What an obnoxious company JPJ has become. I am devastated.

Awful been letting me deposit for months first time I won they closed my account asked to send decoments which I did still no response. Why let someone deposit but not withdraw ? Looking at reviews it happens a lot

Please please don't use this site! They took double the payments off me when I deposited last week 2 payment for the same amounts serval times. Ive reported it threw the bank. I have also been in touch with jackpotjoy.com to get my money back. Provided all evidence. They keep coming back saying they need more. Even thou I have an email from them last week saying that the money shouldn't have left my account as they were duplicate payments. They took it all. Then today when I still had money on my account I went to take it out and they have closed my account down. So not only have the stole £200 from me they have also closed down my account with money on it because I reported that they done this. Now I'm taken all my emails from them and myself and my bank statements to a higher company and I've made a complaint and this won't be getting left as its theft

Most of the time, my balance vanished without a single winning spin.
