It was okay but the product let you down. Found that there was quite a lot of poorly put together pieces, lots of imperfections which made us have to do extra to make things work. Quality poor, delivery okay, product overall it remains to be seen.

Excellent products and service
I bought fencing from Jacksons 15 years ago and have gone back to order further items since - including a delivery yesterday- as well as getting a couple of items replaced under their warranty. Jacksons products are excellent and last well, and their customer service and delivery performance are second to none. Very pleased to have gone with Jacksons, highly recommend.

Not what most people would hope for
This was a very unique experience. The goods never came to me, instead being delivered to somebody else many miles away.
I had been looking forward to receiving the fencing, however it was sent to a person with a similar name in a different town.
There is little more I can add to this review.

Fencing experience very positive.
We ordered our fencing from Jacksons. Customer service experience was overall very positive, any issues were quickly resolved via email or phone. Delivery was accurate and product quality was also as expected.

Very poor customer service response to incorrect delivery.
Order paid in full on 27th May, delivery completed 17th July. In between very slow email response and return 'phone call relating to incorrect delivery. Quite satisfactory products but very poor customer service.
