The flavors would be better if they were stronger. Other than that, it’s a good product. If they want 5 stars, the flavors have to increase to a richer quality.

Not only does Jake’s Mint Chew offer great products and a smokeless option, that doesn’t contain tobacco or nicotine, but the Customer Service and Shipping is World Class, Second to None !
There is never a time, when my order doesn’t get shipped the same day and I usually receive it 24-48 hours later, a couple of states away - which is a great track record. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Jake, the Owner, on more than one occasion, and he is a great guy and answers any questions and will let me know about new products or flavors being rolled out. It’s nice to be able to engage with a business owner, which illustrates how involved he is, in making the company a huge success - and showing gratitude to customers, for their support. Well done, Jake ! The pricing, per unit, is fantastic for a tin of pouches and they offer lots of great flavors, and other products. The advertised ‘specials’ are a very good savings. I like receiving notifications on sales and free shipping. Who doesn’t love saving $9 s&h?!? I also love that my hubster chews a natural blend without the chemicals in regular snoose.

Great product, got here in a good amount of time.

I was a customer with a mint company out West for nearly five years. Customer service and product quality always exceptional. However, this changed a few months back when I was placing my usual order ( 2 12 can mint pouch packs ) and found out the cost increased by somewhere in the amount of $70. I also noticed my last few orders the pouches were smaller. I addressed this issue, as well as the increased cost with customer service. They told me to keep their (..."doors open...") they had to increase the cost. They add the delivery cost was now waved. Still, the additional cost was exorbitant. I told them I will no longer be a customer and I gave them a customer satisfaction rating of 1 star. Obviously they didn't feel my concern deserved further attention.
This is my second order with your company and could not be more pleased with your product.

First off, it is a great product! Second, shipping is on schedule or earlier than expected. I use Jake's Mint Chew to quit chewing tobacco. I have quit several times, but have regressed during stressful events. Jake's has help quit each time.

Bad taste. What taste is there lasts only 2-4 minutes.

Look for a way to get off of tobacco and nicotine and this was it great product !

Out the flavors I ordered was not crazy about the green apple… they have a very good taste. Will order and try some other flavors

This shipment the dip was a lot dryer than any other I have received. Has anything been changed.

Not only is Jakes making me healthier, they're also VERY accommodating. I only had one tin left and was about to start a 2 week trip, and they overnighted me several tins to get me through the trip. Straight Mint pouches are my favorite. More satisfying in every way.
