Engineer, Cameron, phoned before to check i was in and to give me an estimated time of arrival. When he arrived he was polite and friendly and completed the job with no issues. I appriciated the phone call before hand as i knew what time to expect him.

Generally at the beginning of job the engineer identified various obstacles but quickly worked out alternative solutions which was encouraging.
Throughout the day the whole team didn't let up and really worked well to get the job done.

Reliable company and workers very pleasant

I had a two-day job to remove my old back boiler and install a new combi boiler in a new location, along with eight new radiators and one radiator being relocated.

Carrick, Neil, Willie and Ross all attended, and they did an amazing job. We are really happy with all the work they carried out. They were professional, friendly and kept us informed throughout the whole installation. They explained what they were doing, showed us how to use the new boiler, and made sure everything was clear before they left.

They were also very considerate of my pets and understanding when I needed to move them between rooms to help keep them calm, which I really appreciated as it can be quite stressful for them.

The whole process was simple and straightforward from start to finish. I would definitely recommend James Frew to anyone looking for a new boiler installation. 10/10 service!
