I waited a while to write this so I could give an honest review on quality & durability. I purchased the Chunky Pearl Necklace & Pearl Lock Bracelet several months ago, & they’ve quickly become staples in my everyday jewelry collection. One of my favorite things about them is that they’re waterproof! I can wear them poolside, at the beach, or throughout my daily routine without needing to take them off.

After months of wear, they still look beautiful and I haven’t had any issues with quality or durability. The pieces are versatile enough to elevate a dressed-up look, but they’re just as perfect with a simple, casual outfit.

I've ordered at least 20 pieces from JM. Both for myself and for friends and family. Their pieces are beautiful and look much more expensive than they are. I ordered the first piece and was pleasantly impressed with the quality and substantial weight of the piece. It was a gift and she loves it! She wears it constantly and it is everything they said it was! I have ordered several pieces since and the quality, weight, look and ability to withstand most everything is in every piece! What fabulous products and company! I recently purchased three necklaces from James Michelle and when they came I was awestruck! They were beautiful and I couldn’t wait to wear them. The next morning I put them on and had some trouble with the first clasp. After getting it on, I lived the look and headed out to work. I didn’t get a chance to look at myself in a mirror until hours later and realized the first necklace was gone. The clasp did not stay secure. I was heartbroken! In less than 24 hours later, the company answered my message and was sending me another one! They didn’t need to but they did! This company has the most amazing products and high quality customer service. I can’t wait to place my next order!

Amazing customer service! My necklace broke shortly after receipt and I was sent a replacement with very little back and forth. I can't remember the last time I had such a pleasant interaction with a company. They have made a long term customer out of this situation! The necklace is beautiful as well.
