Order stated 7-10 working days and was reminded by staff of this, has nearly been a month and still waiting on parts of my order to come. When I phoned they didn't seem to care not helpful. Said the shaft i ordered was delaying them received an email saying it will be shipped by the end of the week on Wednesday, Tuesday the following week 3 weeks on from order still haven't got a shipping number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Fantastic service and prices.
I have used Jam Golf a few times recently and each time the speed of service and prices have been second to none. Quality products and usually the cheapest place online. They also now give you rewards points so after buying a driver I earned points that saved me an extra £10 off my new GPS watch. Products delivered via Royal mail and arrived within 2 days. Great place to buy your golf gear.

New club
Was looking for a 7 wood and came across Jam golf. Could not have been easier I typed in what I wanted left or right stiff or normal flex and the degree of loft. To my surprise it came up straight away as I had been doing this on various other sites with no joy. As it was my first order and over £50 I got a free gift of a sleeve of balls so can’t complain. Would definitely use Jamgolf again in the future

Brilliant Company for Golfers.
Ordered the Ping Bunkr wedge. The price was cheaper than other main line dealers, and the service was second to none. From order to delivery took 3 days. The support throughout the process was very professional and you can tell they take customer service to another level. I will definitely use Jam Golf again and will always tell my golfing buddies to visit the website.
