Jamie Ferments is outstanding!!!

I’ve been into fermented food for a while now. Like most people, I started with whatever I could find on Amazon or in supermarkets. But let’s be honest, especially these days, you never really know what processes sit behind mass produced food, so I’ve always been sceptical, even though fermentation has helped both me and my wife’s gut health massively.

Then I stumbled across Jamie Ferments.

I can honestly say I’ve never tasted fermented food this good. The flavour, the quality, and the sheer range are on another level. You can immediately tell this is real, properly made food with a genuine homemade feel, not factory churned nonsense pretending to be healthy.

These are exactly the kinds of businesses we want looking after our health. People who actually care, especially in a world where big food quietly funnels people towards big pharma.

Huge thanks to everyone at Jamie Ferments. Please never change, no matter how big you get. You deserve every bit of success.

Delicious fermented food in glass jars

I am studying herbalism and I learned how important it is to keep our gut health fed with good bacterias, and ideally it's not through a boost of probiotics but through diet, eating regularly good gut food. Fermemted food is one way of doing it. And it's delicious!!!!

I initially bought a Jamiefermented jar of 'red cabbage, beetroot and fennel kraut' from my local butcher. I liked it and decided to buy more from their website, they offer a deal of 4 jars for free shipping. I bought the same from before, sauerkraut, piccalilli sauerkrat and kimchi.

They are all delicious and so generous, once the jar is open the food is bursting through! It is a bonus that it comes in glass jars to avoid any plastic toxins leaking into the food.

If I am to give any other feedback, I would like to have organic options.

I hope this small business continues to flourish.
