Am an account holder with these guys

Am an account holder with these guys. Been trying to create an fd through netbanking. Technically the stupidest system ever seen. It feeds unnecessary characters on its own in the id/pw boxes, declares it's own regd phone no as "unregd no" and logs you out!!!! Twenty days since complaints made but unable to go beyond sone dimwit female at call centre. Hope some responsible guys will call or i am shifting to another bank.

Jana Small Finance Bank

Jana Small Finance Bank - The bank entices customers with interest rates higher than that offered by nationalised banks for Fixed Deposits. As a senior citizen, I had fallen for their offer (RoI 9.6%) & deposited a sizeable amount. The monthly payouts are my main source of income. While the TDS that is to deducted is 7.5%, yet JSFB was deducting 10%. In September-2020, JSFB went to the extent of deducting 20%, thus throwing my monthly funds flow into a disarray. Even after escalating the concern to MD & CEO, the bank continued to be in denial mode. Repeated mailers sent to Customer Care / Nodal Officer, just elicited the system generated reply "your concern would be addressed in 4 working days". What's more baffling...the TDS amounts deducted do not figure in the TDS Statement. Finally it took 25 days to get the transactions reconciled (after incurring expenses towards Speed Post etc) & obtain the refund. This should sound a word of caution to the gullible senior citizens who eagerly look forward to higher interest rates for their monthly payouts.
