Since my pay,ment untill delivery was more then 10 days.
In your website sais that next day you deliver.
Even after long conversation on phone and e-mail still i had to wait to much.
I hope next time will be faster.

Good experience overall

Delivered before time.
Delivered in good condition.
Driver could have been more courteous ( left delivery on the road, than rang the bell and left immediately).

Perfect experience

Ordered 24 packs of wood fibre insulation. Lowest price in the Netherlands. A question by email was answered within one day. The delivery happened exactly as communicated. Cannot find anything negative to say.
