This firm is awful. Service is appalling, they don't EVER return calls; their work is terrible, make lots of mistakes and costly faults through poor workmanship. They then have the temerity to charge 150 pounds to come and fix faults they caused. Avoid at all costs you will regret ever dealing with this firm.
The customer service at this firm is appalling. I cannot believe that anybody has given a genuine 5 stars. They fail to return any of your calls on time. When they do and they send round an engineer the quality of the work is terrible. We recently had an installation which was faulty. J and J wouldn't even turn up to repair the faulty work unless we paid them a 150 pound fee in advance even though it is to fix THEIR faulty workmanship. I would avoid this firm at all costs.
