Unprofessional and rude - nuisance

Unresponsive, does not respect neighbours and code of construction practice. Rude and poorly educated contractor and builders - constantly trying to intimidate neighbours who complain. Does not respect restricted working hours for high impact noise. Very dirty worksite (looks like a pigsty) with constant spillage (paint, concrete, dust, soil) onto neighbour's property. Had to call in several times council environmental and noise unit to rein in their bad works practice.
