Great product choice, fast shipping, good prices.

I use my mop and bucket every day. The old press I had worked with my smaller mops and it fit over my laundry sink. I could never find another one that did that. I found this one on line and bought it and it arrived in quick time. It is perfect and does exactly what I needed it to do.

I ordered the acrylic floor stripper and it worked like it said it would. The acrylic sealer had been on my basement floor for
ten years, so it took several coats of stripper. My floor looks great again! I only wish it wouldn't have taken so many coats and so much time.

Feather dusters are not easy to find. My husband is a school custodian and likes to use them in tight spaces in cluttered classrooms. I like them for dusting off the baseboards in our house. The shipping by FED EX is a bit pricey, but the package arrived in just three days and in very good condition. Thank you.

The products and prices are great. But the web site is not user friendly. It was not possible to list separate addresses for shipping & billing. It kept confusing them. After that, I received an e-mail stating that they could not ship to a PO box & they needed my street address. I immediately replied with my street address and they shipped it to the PO box anyway! FedX called to get my street address, so i did get my products.

I appreciate Janilinks staff for guiding us on how to properly buff our marble floor. As a result, our marble floor is pleasingly shiny. Also, the products arrived promptly and in excelent condition.

JaniLink e-mailed to let me know they were out of stock on the can liners I wanted to buy 2 cases of - then, offered to ship a slightly better grade for the same price.

Janilink delivered products quickly and all items were 100% as advertised. Their selection is also very impressive.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company. Order not delivered on time - 4 days late. Called multiple times - flippant attitude given to me. Was told it was Fed Ex's fault my order didnt go out on time and that they forgot to pick it up - really? That was three days after it should have been delivered and it hadn't even made it out of the store. Incorrect items shipped. Charged higher prices than what was listed online. Had to argue forcefully for credit.

When I placed my ordered the price was so much less than the competitors that I really expected a much lesser quality, not so.

When one item was out of stock a representitive called me and offered a like item at yet a cheaper price.

I will always check Janilink first when ordering on-line

These guys have good pricing and good service. They need to update their website however, to calculate shipping costs at the time of order placement rather than have to wait a day or two to confirm before they ship.
