SCAM SCAM SCAM Disgraceful service, company got my order wrong and sent stuff to a value nowhere near what I ordered.

Now demanding i return what I have been sent before they send what I bought. A complete scam and I would avoid. Reported to trading standards

Lots of stuff to choose from, prompt delivery and reliable. I use them quite a lot for stuff you can’t usually get in the UK. Keep up the good work! :D

Sold some psa japanese. Values came in very good deals on each card, paid out the day they got the cards. Great service would highly recommend. Will be using again.

I recently used their buy in service on their website. From start to finish it was a great service with a very reasonable price offered and all completed in good time. The online form was easy to navigate and the response was prompt with clear instructions. Thanks again for the easy service. Recommended!

I ordered some cards, 2 Chinese special edition Pokemon boxes and the silver tier mystery box priced at £49.99. The mystery box was advertised as having a mixture of items with a higher value than the price paid, when it arrived it had 5 individual packs of cards that all came up to £18, an individual card priced on their website at 10p and a graded card with no decipherable value. I looked at loads of reliable valuing websites and could not find any information, only that the raw card goes for less than £1. I contacted Japan2UK to see if some items hadn't been shipped with my order as from all the information I could find meant I had paid £50 for £20 worth of items.
The person I was in an email conversation with was very rude and tried to tell me I wasn't looking at the correct packets for prices. I asked for proof of the value of the graded card I was sent as they had a higher graded version showing on their site for less than the apparent value of mine, I also asked if I sold it back to them through there "sell your stuff" option would I get close to the value they were trying to tell me it was worth. I got an email this morning saying they wouldn't be dealing with this anymore and not replying to any subsequent emails, I felt this was so they didn't have to admit that they had sent me a dud card and scammed me out of £30.

Non existent customer service. Social media teams are unable to help at all. 6 days since I ordered and not a single response to any queries or updates as to when it will be shipped. Won't ever be using them again. Just hoping this isn't a scam and I actually get my items.
- update: item has supposedly been shipped, will wait and see if this arrives and if so what condition it will be in.

Customer service does not operate on a weekend so if you have any issues during then, well tough :) im assuming this includes shipping/warehouse staff aswell as it has taken 6 days to ship.

Will just be ordering directly from Japan in future. You will only pay the import tax once per order not once per box like any of these UK based sites. Plus with Express international shipping Via Japans own postal service they will likely get there quicker than if you buy from here.

All round good experience, the shop’s insane! Has so many things to choice from English, Japanese & even Korean! Always responses to messages outside of the website, always fast postage. I’ve made this my local vendor
