No worth it to buy here, there is no costumer services after purchase.
Very bad services.
I only had really bad services with Japanwelt. My girl and me decided to buy a japanese futon for our home. We had some doubts so we contact Japanwelt, they replied our email very fast answering the question. So far so good.
At the end we decided to get a 160x200 futon and pay 30€ for the delivery. After a called from the delivery service and schedule a time to be at home, the guy came on a completely different day and hour without even notify it.
"Fortunately" my girl was at home at that moment. But he didn't want to get the futon all the floors up. He wanted to get another 30€ in cash for that.... My girl said that we already paid that, but he didn´t talk any english at all, so he left the futon on the building landing area and he left....
Of course my girl couldn't get it up, so the futon was on the landing area the whole day until I got to home and I put it up.
After this I try to contact Futonwelt to know why happen that and get my 30€ back (2 emails + 2 calls) but they didn't reply to any of my emails and they just hang out my calls when I was calling...
Definitely not worthing at all buying at this shop. If you are lucky and everything works, then good for you. But if you have any problems after the buy, you can forget about your money. There is no costumer service after they get the money.

Unfortunately, I have to disagree with that too.
In your web section "Shipping" (english) there is no information about that, only prices and timings. So everybody would expect a delivery until your home. At least I've personally never seen a delivery until the ground floor… It makes no sense for me.
I've just checked your Terms and Conditions in your website - they are from April 2009, and there is not such information that you just wrote. You can check it by yourself.
Maybe there are more than one Terms and Conditions.
I've sent two emails after the problem, the first one was written on the 06/02/2014 at 16:33:16 titled "Unpleasant delivery". The second email was written on the 11/02/2014 at 11:34:00, with the same name. Please, look for them, or I can resend them to you. After that were the calls. And after that I also tried to get in contact to you through Paypal, but I couldn't make it through them.
So I made my effort to try to solve this before I posted this.
