A pleasure to deal with!
We recently bought a car from Ian Taylor UK LTD (Stoke on Trent) and the whole experience was exceptional. From the first visit, Tom was really friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to deal with — a real breath of fresh air when making a major purchase.
We did our research and travelled for well over an hour to Stoke, and what stood out was their offer to support our local garage with parts or advice whenever needed. That level of honesty and ongoing help is rare.
The car itself is exactly what we hoped for, and the service was even better. We added a couple of extras and styling preferences, and nothing was too much trouble. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable Japanese importer and wanting a dealer who genuinely looks after their customers.
