I have owned their secateurs and large extending loppers for some years and have been happy. However when I wanted to take up their lifetime guarantee for small parts ( Springs in each case) they have ignored two emails 08/05/26 and 26/05/26. Additionally there phone number 07729 770 776 is no longer in service. Their business address is a private house, thank you street view. They charge premium prices so one expect them to honour their guarantee. Look elsewhere for your garden needs!

I recently bought a Jardin garden hose with connectors. I fitted the connectors to the hose and turned the water on. The water gushed out from the connectors to the tap and spray nozzle due to their ill fitting. I emailed after care department on 13 May at 13:03 about this and asked them to replace the fittings with a set that would not leak. I sent a chaser and at 16:51 having not received a response. I have not yet heard from them as of 12:00 today (14 May) so can only assume they are not concerened with this ptoblem. Be careful before you buy from this company

I was recommended their products & ordering etc was easy BUT the promised email confirmation never arrived, the chat was never answered, the phone number was not recognised & the WhatsApp message was not responded to.
I then tried phoning using WhatsApp- 3 attempts & left a message each time.
Eventually someone phoned & said all was OK & someone would call me the next day. It was 2 days later when the call came - no apology for lack of communication & that my order had been dispatched & would arrive Monday. It actually arrived on Tuesday.
