Poor customer service

I bought plates at jardindeco. As soon as I placed my order, I tried to cancel it because I wanted to add more articles in my order and I didn’t want to pay an other shipping fee ( 11 euros which is a lot for 12 plates) . I immediately contacted jardindeco by email and also by phone first thing on Monday. Nobody was able to help me on the phone and , they told me to wait for an email. Their email arrived 5 days later after my email ( because of the weekend) and they told me that it was too late to cancel my order. I then asked for a gesture for the next shopping fee. And they just said too bad for you. I asked to talk with the manager of customers services. And I am still waiting . I think that the all procedure is ridiculous and not be able to cancel an order immediately after it was placed is also not right. Honestly, Amazon is so much easier to deal with . I was trying to give business to someone else than Amazon and regret it so far

Hello Betty H.,

We are sorry to read that you were not fully satisfied with your experience at Jardindeco. When you confirm an order, it enters a logistical process that we cannot always stop. Of course, in the event of a request, and if it's possible for our teams to do so, we'll cancel the order and provide a full refund. Unfortunately, this was not the case with your order, which was too far advanced for shipment. As our customer service department is closed at weekends, we were unable to take note of your request before your order was dispatched. We thank you for your understanding and hope to have other opportunities to bring you satisfaction.

Yours faithfully
Damien Jardindeco
