Scam and would not cancel subscription after multiple attemps

While the product itself is solid, its overpriced, the subscription experience has been one of the worst I’ve dealt with. I requested cancellation twice before an order shipped and was assured it would be stopped — it wasn’t. I was charged, didn’t receive the product, and had to chase them down again. Now they’re deducting part of the refund due to a discount I used months ago, which was never mentioned in the earlier communication.

Completely unprofessional handling. Would not recommend.

Scam

Scam. I bought an item for 80 euros and ticked the subscribe button thinking I could later cancel if I didn’t like the product. Impossible! The company REFUSES to cancel saying there is a minimum order of 3 subscriptions. Meaning even after cancelling I would be forced to buy 3 more times at 80 euros each time. Totaling 320 euros! This is NOT clearly mentioned. In fact it is not visible when ordering without clicking a tiny button with a pop up. Also Irem, their customer ”service” rep is horrendous. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Jarmino are refusing a refund despite…

Jarmino are refusing a refund despite it being 1+ months since I was meant to receive my order.

Be ware that the products are not being shipped from the UK, and I got a letter from customs asking me to pay £88 to release the goods.

I have emailed Jarmino about this and they are saying they will not refund me the goods because they have been delivered (clearly not as evidenced by now two letters from customs), and are waiting for their return (which I have no control over).

Perhaps their prpducts are good, but they are not worth this headache!

Misleading UK site

This provider has a very misleading website.

On Jarmino.co.uk it masquerades as UK based. It encourages you to spend over a certain amount to get free shipping and gifts. However hides that you will be charged 20% + service fees extra as the products come from Germany and are subject to import taxes.

Delivery is very very slow to Uk
