The team turned up on time every day. They worked very hard without tea breaks or resting. Their lunch break was about 20 minutes. They never asked for anything.

They bought all the materials with them. They were tidy, well spoken extra pleasant and asked us if everything was what we wanted at the end of every day.

The last day was very long for them and they even bought a pop up tent so that they could work through the storm. Most contractors would have packed up and gone.

It’s a pleasure to have such nice people fixing things for us. They made it tidier when they went than before they came and even helped us move heavy garden items. They took great care and consideration for everything they did and double checked every screw to make sure nothing would catch on them.

I can’t speak any higher for them.

We have used Jarrett fencing for many years now. We used to purchase all our timber and materials from them when we fixed everything ourselves. Being in our 80s now it’s hard for us to repair items like decking and gates. It’s nice to know that we can still get it done. All of the materials from Jarrett are first class and all the staff are friendly , helpful and knowledgeable.

Had 62ft of 6ft fencing replaced in our rear garden. We obtained a few quotes and Jarretts was the most competitive one. The work took two days and was completed by Jordan who was very professional and friendly, he was a thorough quick worker and left the site clean and tidy both days. He explained to us what he would be doing each day. The fence is neat and solid and looks brilliant. Would not hesitate to use again or to recommend.

I never met the fitters because I was working everyday.
Communication was done through text messages.
I left them to get on with the job and they didn't disappoint.
Installation was perfect, better than I expected considering they had to step the fence and concrete new posts into existing concrete steps.
They removed old concrete posts, original fence panels, wire fencing and left my garden clean and tidy.
Jarrett Fencing were recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional installation with high quality materials that are also covered under warranty.

I was impressed from the outset. The estimator made helpful suggestions regarding security and gave assurances without hesitation about meeting my requirements re fit of panels into existing concrete posts.

I visited the company premises and was shown the materials that would be used to make my panels. I was could immediately see the good quality materials; they were noticeably better quality than stock materials from large high street retailers. Very robust heavy duty and well finished. The trellis panels were especially made in order to give extra security as I have a public path along my garden perimeter. The gates were custom made to match, as I requested. The effect is very impressive and has drawn complements from visitors.

All the work was done without requiring any deposit and no payment was requested until everything was finished to my satisfaction.

Real, old fashioned customer service of a sort I didn't think existed.

Although the cost was marginally higher than other quotes I had, considering the amount of custom made work that was done and the courteous and good quality workmanship, it was worth every penny. 10/10.

Resulting in a very impressively installed new fence.
The quality of materials and workmanship was to a very high standard.
Well worth the cost.

Recently had our garden fence replaced. Jon talked me through the options and quoted for both wooden and concrete gravel boards so that I could make an informed choice. Lee, who came to replace the fence, was great. He was polite and friendly, worked tidily and did an absolutely first class job, also advising about keeping the fence looking good in future.

Ordered 2 6ft x 6ft trellis. Says on website can deliver anywhere in UK. Heard nothing for nearly a week. To then get a phone call to say they can't get it delivered.. Poor customer care.
