Brilliant company
This company were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I would thoroughly recommend them. I made an enquiry about purchasing a parasol base and what delivery time would be to my area. I got a prompt response and ordered it there and then. They Confirmed delivery date and I got an email/message on the day of delivery and a time. It arrived on time and the driver was very helpful as to where I wanted it put. Brilliant service and I am hard to please.

Chairs are great! Delivery was well notified and because we weren't at home we asked delivery driver to put them in our garden which he did so neatly round the table!!

Excellent quality
Excellent quality. Head and shoulders above the products I saw elsewhere and reasonably priced. Delivery was easy, I was told I may have to assist with carrying the item into position but it wasn't needed. The driver assembled the table and unpacked the chairs quickly and efficiently. He told me he got a lot of good feedback from returning customers about the quality and that Jati could supply replacement parts if they broke over time, meaning the furniture could last for many years - the furniture was an investment so very pleased to hear it should last me. My mum also has some of their furniture and it's still like new even after 10 years. Would recommend.

Beautiful teak banana bench that looks lovely in my garden. I'm really pleased with the quality of the product. I also bought the seat cushion to go with it and that too was good quality. Delivery was on schedule and delivery driver was great although I didnt get his name.

Delighted with our purchase and the customer service. The steamer chairs are solid and attractive. However, one of the wheels seemed to be missing a nut resulting in a wheel falling off on first use. Within 24 hrs of contacting customer service, they had sorted out the issue and sent out a replacement. Very happy customer and shall return for future buys.
