They didn’t deliver a package and provided lies about the package being signed for by a neighbour in Jacksonville USA when the package was supposed ro be delivered to Adelaide AUSTRALIA. Do not use this company they are fraudulent scammers who only exist to steal your money.

It’s purely a SCAM! I thought that I was getting a deal for the products that they were selling. Come to find out I was getting GOT! I have package concierge service and I never received any notification from them about my order being delivered and that’s when I knew it was a scam. My loss

I am a victim of the scam as well. I ordered the sweatsuit from tik tok and yesterday it said it was delivered. I emailed them yesterday and no response. Today I tried and it says store is temporarily closed. I hope they eventually get caught and lose everything.

This company took my money sent emails saying my items were delivered I never got them was at home all day please be careful in ordering tried to get a refund can’t even go to customer service

Ordered some items and never received it. I reached out to support via email to no avail. It wouldn't matter if they hadn't billed me, but they were successful in collecting my money. It's a scam! Do not shop with them!

I placed an order got November 7,2025notified it was shipped then it was delivered December 1,2025 and never received anything. I sent numerous emails to the company no response so I reached out to my back to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER THEY ARE SCAMS

Very disappointed in company. Package never received. Tried to give company a chance and was a failure. Tracking said it arrived at a time I was home and their was nothing. Would never use this scam service again.

I order some sweat outfits and some sweater cardigans on the 10th of November, I waited the longest for my items so then I finally emailed them on the fake email they give off the website on 11/27, 2 days later the tracker said it was in my area. Then 2days after that it said they delivered my things at 4:46/4:56. I checked my cameras and there is absolutely no footage of them delivering my things or delivering them and someone else picking them up. Now I have lost $70 messing around with these people and not even sure if I’ll get my money back.

I ordered the 12 jogging suits from the TikTok shop on November 4th and never got my order. The order was through Jazamal Shop and when I tried to track the package it can’t be found.

It's the biggest scam ever do not buy from that site these people took my money and it's from tiktok what I order from it call Jazamal that's supposed to be the company name but it's all lies.

This company is a damn scam. Took my money but i never received any products. I’m highly upset about this. I ordered on the 8th it 9th and just got a delivered message on the 28th but no package.

Link from TikTok offering 6 sets of sweatsuits for $32.00, do not buy it is a scam. Take money never send any shipping details, and never receive product.

But something felt off. I decided to double-check through ChatGPT and some scam-tracking sources — and I’m so glad I did. It turns out this exact website shares the same template, layout, and even company address as several other suspicious sites under Telos Trading Limited (listed at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, UK). These clone sites change names often, all offering “90%-off” clearances that look tempting but rarely deliver.

With everything going on in the world and the holidays approaching, times are already tough. No one deserves to lose their hard-earned money — especially those of us trying to stretch every dollar to take care of our families. I wanted to post this to help others avoid that same trap.

If you’re still considering ordering, please use extreme caution.

Only pay through PayPal or another protected method — never direct card payments.

Double-check the company address and reviews before buying.

And if something looks “too good to be true,” trust your gut — it usually is.
