Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Hired to extend patio.
Inserted wrong slates, explanation being they could only be bought in Yorkshire however they are available locally.
Slates cut skew and loose already, doubt the correct material was used to secure them.
Refused to remove rubble even though it was part of the quote, explanation, truck was too full.
Lawn is now full of sand and stones
Naively paid in cash as requested, have yet to receive invoice or receipt.
