No one ever picks up the phone when i call. It keeps going to VM and says the machine is full and you cant leave a message. Sounds shady to me! Whats a good phone number to reach a actual person?

I know my credit is extremely challenged but the staff was helpful, accommodating and swift. They kept me informed. I traded in my 2001 vehicle and got top $, and drove away happy. You can tell they are used to buttholes coming to the location but they are really nice people that will take care of all your needs. No complaints at all and I've had my car for a year now.
