It’s important to place yourself in a comfort zone my friend referred me to this company and I can never thank him enough because I have a peace of mind they got me a nice car that runs very good and when It comes to maintenance they got my back I’m safe on the road I’ll recommend anyone to go talk to them they’ll find away to put you on the road like they did for me.

My salesperson was Daryl in the Brockton office he was very helpful in getting me the perfect car for me. He was very friendly, curteous and had a quick turn around.

I talked to Bob today whom was in the Dartmouth office. I have my car note set up to come directly out of my account on my pay day. Yet they state my account is late. Veteran's weekend they said my payment was 4 days late. They claim to want to help you fix your credit well your damaging the hell out of mine. He said they tried to process the payment and no funds were there. That is impossible unless my job went out of business. I have been getting paid consistently on Fridays for several years never had this problem before with other companies funds are always there as early as 5 am as I am leaving for work to get my coffee. The sales people are great especially Tavares who treats you with respect and dignity unlike Bob. IT WAS NOT MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IT PROBABLY WAS YOUR FAULTY RIGGED COMPUTER SYSTEM. There was no record of your company trying to process a payment on the first only on the second when I called. I will keep filing consumer complaints with the Attorney General until you all get it right.

Very upfront and honest with me from the beginning.. My salesman's Name Was Daryl and he helped get into the vehicle that was perfect for me and my family,I'd recommend him and this company to anybody who's looking for a vehicle but
doesn't have alot of money to pay upfront..the finance company is fantastic as well...GIVE THEM A TRY !

Lately having issues when I bring my car here. Had to bring my car in due to service with my oil change not being done correct the 1st time. Then got something else done to my car. Today my tire ready to fall off due to only one bolt put on the tire. Call jd byriders and left message and service calls back saying they don't know what happen because they didn't take the tire off. i had all five on the tire when it went in and now only one. Feel like every time I bring my car in to get fix something else happens to my car.

I have no complaint from the moment i wakled into the dealer i was treated with respect, communication was on point and they got down to business instantly my purchase was a success within a reasonable time period. Great Place to shop for a vehicle
