Do not buy car from here there warranty only cover 2 things under the hood they fix um gor u but chage a arm n leg don't recommend them there just scaming me

I was on time with my payments. My car was deemed a total loss through my insurance only owed little over $9,000 insurance. Paid 7600 only ended up owing a little over 1800 but then they want to try to charge me interest and fees on a vehicle that I don't even have and when I question them about it and told them that I don't see it anywhere in my contract. Nobody got back to me. Nobody explained and they charge it off my car and put a negative note on my credit. Don't buy from them! If you do buyer beware!!!!!

Over a year ago I posted a review that they were great. However since then it has been nothing but hell! If I could give them 0 or negative stars I would hands down! Our check engine light came on and when you started the car it would shake pretty violently. We took it in and they said they replaced the mass air flow sensor and we were sent on our way. The very next day the check engine light came on again and it was doing the same exact thing. I called them and they said we had to make an appointment eventhough we were just there the day before. So we waited 2 weeks came back and they said they hooked it up to the diagnostic test and there was nothing wrong with it. The car shakes violently when you start it. I asked them if they even started it and they could see that it would shake. So they cleared the codes and I was sent on my way. I took it to another mechanic and they said the mass air flow sensor they put in was bad, as well as the car was misfiring and was only running off 3 cylinders. Therefore causing it to shake violently. We also found out that we needed a new timing belt cause it was about to snap, a huge cut in the cv joint that was completely noticeable. The mechanics at Jd byrider never brought any of this up to us any time we took the car in. The mechanics at the new shop said it's insane they couldn't have noticed it.cause it was so big. They said it was days away from snapping completely off! To make a long story shot, it cost us $2200 to fix all of that! They did give us a credit for the mass air flow sensor but that was it. I feel that the warranty is just so they fix the bare minimum on your car so you end up being stuck with them. Eventually having to trade in your car for something else there. After that any time something went wrong with the car we had to take it somewhere else cause I couldn't trust that they were actually going to fix the problem correctly. We just found out that we also need a new transmission as well. So it just sucks cause we brought up the fact that the car was not shifting right and again they said it was fine. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I never thought I'd get approved and I did. Totally unbelievable!
Recommend to those who think that they cannot get into a good used vehical. Yes the interest rates are a little higher than normal however, if you have no other options this is the way to go! And I really love my car! No junk on there lot only good quality used cars!
