Pricey but good quality product, fast delivery and good range of variations. The plate was sent within two days of submitting the legal documents by photograph upload, all easy to do.

1 star is too generous
1 star is too generous! I called JDM to check that their Mercedes Number Plate Holders are compatible with all Mercedes cars. I spoke to Suzie who and told her I have a Mercedes E Class & she confirmed that it would fit therefore I placed my order straight after the call. When I received the holder I soon realised it wouldn't fit. I even took it to Halfords to try and get it fitted and was told that it wouldn't fit due to how the E Class bumper is and I shouldn't of been told it would. I emailed JDM Plates after to tell them and got an email from Carl (allegedly the owner or manager) who said 'Just because the holes don't line up doesn't mean its incompatible as more holes can be drilled'. I responded saying that's literally a contradiction! I wanted to return the item but JDM Plates are refusing to reimburse me having to pay to ship it back even though it was their error. I even spoke to Suzie again on the phone after days of trying to get through & resolve this & she had the cheek to say 'you're taking up a lot of our time for a low value order'. Absolutely terrible customer service from her & Carl. I would advise people to avoid this company at all costs! Still no refund as they are demanding pictures of my bumper to confirm it wont fit as if I would lie about something like that.

We’re sorry to see this review, but we do feel it is important to clarify a few points, as some of the comments do not accurately reflect the conversations we have had.
Our Mercedes number plate holders are a **universal-fit product**. Suzie would not have confirmed that the fixing holes would line up perfectly with the existing holes on every Mercedes model. The holders have multiple slots across the rear specifically to provide as much flexibility as possible when fitting them to different vehicles. In some cases, however, additional fixing holes may need to be drilled depending on the vehicle and the position of the existing holes.
We have also **never refused to refund you for the holders**. We have explained that you are welcome to return them to us and, once returned, we are still happy to reimburse the cost of the holders.
We also do not accept that Suzie made the comment attributed to her regarding you “taking up a lot of our time for a low value order”. That is not how we would expect our staff to speak to customers, and it does not reflect our understanding of the conversation.
With regard to the photographs, we have not demanded pictures of your bumper as a condition of believing you. We simply asked for photographs so that we could actually see the installation issue and try to offer some practical advice. With fitment issues, a photograph can often explain far more than several emails and may have allowed us to suggest a straightforward solution without you having to return anything.
We appreciate that this has become frustrating, but we have genuinely tried to resolve the matter rather than dismiss your concerns.
Our offer therefore remains the same: **you are welcome to return the holders to us and we will refund the holders once they have been received back.** We feel this is a fair and reasonable resolution and remain more than happy to bring the matter to an amicable conclusion.
