1,5 jr geleden een nieuw dak laten…

1,5 jr geleden een nieuw dak laten plaatsen, meteen daarna direct zeer ernstige lekkage, hemel en aarde moeten bewegen om dit hersteld te krijgen. Nu 1,5 jr later weer lekkage en blijkt het dak zeer ondeugdelijk te zijn aangelegd en helemaal vervangen te moeten worden. Jordy is niet meer bereikbaar, per mail en telefoon. Ze hebben mij gewoon geblokkeerd, terwijl er 10jr garantie op het "dak" zat.

Garantie tot de deur

Waren zeer snel om het gehele dak te herstellen na lekkage, was ook een best bedrag. Nu blijkt er na minder als een jaar weer lekkage te zijn op exact dezelfde plek, garantie dus. Nu horen we niks, tel, mail, wats app nergens wordt op gereageerd.
