Thoroughly useless

Thoroughly useless. Cannot check store stock, cannot get through to stores. Everything and everyone thoroughly unhelpful. JD are consistent at least.

Don't know if you guys really read the reviews. I told you that l have sent the coat (Supply & Demand, no brand label in the coat, tear in the armpit area and no label for washing) back. I took it to the shop, shown them the tear and they told it back, they gave me a receipt for the return. I have brought the same coat from Mand M Direct for half the price.
And l said in the review you have to threaten you guys to get a response, this is sad. It's the general public keeping you guys in business. If your getting bad reviews one after the other it will stop people buying from your company.
What you should be doing ensuring the customer is getting their items in a timely manner and get what they ordered. Your customer service should be professional, polite understanding caring and make the effort to sought out the situation.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of trainers on 01/03/2022, I received 1 pair of trainers that I ordered but instead of my second pair I received someone else's order.
I contacted customers services who advised to to return to my local store which I did (Harrow branch).
When I went to the store I had to explain multiple times what had happened they finally took the trainers with the delivery note for the correct recipient, they did not give me any return documents.
I still have not received my correct trainers that where missing, due to the store not answering their customer service calls or emails. I have attempted to call the store myself but again no answer.
It has been almost 10 day and customer services can't send me my item till the store confirms that I returned the wrong item.
Order number 497395064 my address can be obtained via that, I will not be posting my details on open media.

*update I have attempted to call the store for the last 4 hour's and they have not answered their phone. Joke of a service.

Awful customer service

Awful making me chase about when millets have made the mistake asking me to publish my name on billing address on somewhere I don't want.
I wanted my items but because you messed the order up I want a refund.
Simple yet it's so hard to get a refund!!!!
Why I can't imagine, oh we have to phone up a 3rd time and see what happens this time.
