Great in person experience
The young lady that assisted me was very helpful and even though the shoes that I tried on were too small she said that they were in stock online and that she could order them for me for next day delivery to my home so I could try them on and decide. True to her word they arrived the following day and they fitted perfectly and I’ve had loads of compliments about how nice they are!

My Granddaughter was delighted with her Converse Trainers
What made our experience worthwhile @ JD Sports was the fact we could order a size trainer that was not in stock straight to our home from the store.
We did have help from a member of staff that was busy talking to another member of staff as they all seemed to gather for a natter around the till area?
However in fairness the trainers arrived in the correct size and my granddaughter was extremely pleased with them! So thank you guys you clearly knew what you were doing. 😍

I ordered online from jd app some of my order is missing and some of no option in jd app return process because its from another company??? Jd store refused to take back advising to send back with given return label which was done through post office last week. No update since not even a message to say processed or anything. i sent back through post office and still I didn’t receive my refund money. JD Store also refused to accept my return item this is not fair im so disappointed 😞Bad Experience with JD online shopping 🛍️

I ordered a pair of p6000’s for home…
I ordered a pair of p6000’s for home delivery and when they finally arrived to my suprise when I opened them JD had sent me a pair of black McKenzie trainers! I went in store hoping they would just give me the correct item however I was told as I had received the wrong item they would have to send it back so they could not swap it for the correct product. I was also informed that quite a lot of people have been receiving the wrong items when ordering online and if I was to order to the store they could not guarantee I would receive the correct item either and the only way I would guarantee to get the item I want was to buy in store. I was fuming to say the least as i ordered as a gift so i had to purchase in store to replace the wrong item I was given, I cannot use blue light card in store as it’s only online and I also had used my £35 amount on my JD status app but would not receive my refund for 7-10 days so I had to pay full price (£110) compared to the amount I paid using my discount and status (£63) was ridiculous. Not acceptable
