Shocking!!!
I bought trainers for my daughter as a birthday gift. The order came and the box was completely smashed to bits and ripped. The trainers themselves looked like they had been worn, no stickers or tags attached the trainer. I believe I was sold a pair of returns and no quality check prior to dispatch. The other trainers I ordered for my toddler were absolutely perfect and beautifully packaged. Someone was definitely high as a kite that day

Sent out wrong order , ordered a short and t-shirt set , got 2 different colours
Paid postage so wasn't happy
Tried to call customer service but no option for wrong order sent , so sent email to be told not to send a email but to fill out a form but again no where on the online form to tell them about a wrong order
