I ordered shoes. The other shoe was ok, but the other one was deformed and the insole was too big for the shoe so I had to cut it myself that it fit normally in the shoe.

Service at the Tripla boutique was excellent. The guy knew his job! We needed to order on-line as the pair of sneakers we wanted was not available. It was promised to be delivered in 12 days. We got them on the 13th which was ok. It was just complicated to follow the delivery as the only information provided was "your order is on its way" without any estimation of the time...

JD Sport managed rather good
JD Sport managed rather good - not perfect, but vey good however. Delivery took unexpected long time. The return policy is a little awkward - I had deleted from my e-mail the dispatch note which I needed to make the return to the shop. I asked for it from the customer service and finally I got it. But I got over! But five stars go to the customer service (Tarja) and to the shop assistant Jesse in the shop of Tripla.

I didn’t get any messages or further instructions
I didn’t get any messages or further instructions after the message that was about packaging my order. I had no idea that my baggage was already arrived in my nearest jdsports store. I went to the store just to ask about my baggage and it was luckily still there. It was about two weeks after i purcased my order.
