Avoid this scam company

On 10 January 2021 I saw a Fairisle Jumper advertised in the Daily Mail newspaper. The website address was jennygayner.co.uk. So I decided to check it out. This was a shop selling Top Shop Clothes. I found the jumper which was £12.99, but postage was £10. Even though the postage was expensive I liked the jumper so ordered it. I was transferred to a site confirming my order from Italy - Nexi Payments SpA. My payment receipt email address was ? saying T/F £? to ON?, Payment No?It said ohfashions will be on my bank statement. It said I could contact Customer Services Dept if I had any queries. I have not received my order, so I emailed ? and within a few minutes received an automated reply advising me that I need to email jennygayner.co.uk to find out where my order is.

After reading other comments from last year, it looks like this Chinese Company disguising themselves as Jenny Gayner, are still scamming customers. Something needs to be done to remove this company and stop them trading. I will be contacting my bank to try and get my money refunded. To other customer's don't be tempted by the sale prices - it's a scam!
