Good service
I bought plants from this company and was disappointed with the plants I received. At the time we were in the Covid lockdown and as their plants were previously excellent I put this down to problems with the new restrictions. Whilst I had problems contacting the company as soon as I could I was given a full refund of £215 within 5-days. I am sure that they will soon be back to providing their excellent normal service.

This is a dreadful company. I ordered three different lots of plants in the same order. The first arrived fairly promptly and were in good condition. The second arrived weeks later without notice and were in an awful condition although some revived with watering. The third didn't arrive at all. I complained to Jersey Plants Direct but they refused to honour their refund policy and would only issue a voucher for the value of the missing plants. Letters to them were ignored so I'm left with a voucher that I don't want. Avoid at all costs.

Cool Wave Pansy Raspberry Swirl Jumbo Plug Plants
Ordered 48 Jumbo Plug plants which arrived by post in good condition with the root plugs still nicely damp. Every single plug was in perfect condition for planting out directly into 4 Easy-Fill hanging baskets. Plenty of developed root structure and relatively easy to "push/lever out" of the tray without damage to the roots. One week on and all are thriving.
Plants the best ever
I have used Jersey Plants for many years and this year I placed orders for all my plants for hanging baskets, troughs and pots when all the garden centres were closed. Considering delivery drivers were stretched with Covid and it was very hot in May there was only a small loss in transit, which under the circumstances I think was no ones fault. My plants have been the best I have ever had. I have had neighbours and passers by compliment them and they are still going strong, when normally they would be going over now . The trailing petunias and trailing fuchsias are particularly stunning. Well done Jersey Plants, who were working through the lockdown and continued to provide excellent service. I made an error with an order and the sales team responded really quickly and amended it for me. I certainly will be ordering next year and will be highly recommending them
Sadly not a good experience
Ordered during lockdown. Plants took a while to arrive. Some were wilted and slightly damaged in transit but recovered when watered. I had ordered trailing sweet peas and trailing busy lizzies. This is my review at the end of the season. Neither type of plant were trailing. The sweet peas were weak and spindly, Not at all like a healthy plant despite feeding. The busy lizzies appeared ok but all turned yellow and died before the Enid July. I think these were diseased plants from the start. Despite the problems with Covid 19 I would say these plants were low quality and an expensive lesson in ordering plants on line. Would not use again.
Not good plants
The order I received was in terrible condition complained took nearly 3. Month to reply then offered replacement plants. It was too late l had already bought from elsewhere did not offer refund.Plants were put in bin all died. Do not buy from them
customer care is useless
placed an order online 22/08/20 added my voucher code for £6.05, decided to change order and this made my voucher invalid(canceled whole order in excess of £41.00), Complained 23/8 and after 10+ emails their customer care team still do not understand that their system lost my voucher code
Check other review sites & avoid them
They are the worst company in their fields, I strongly recommend to avoid them. Their plants are very low quality, their customer service is a big zero, their delivery time takes forever. I spent more than £100 and it was completely waste of money. I received my last plants after 3 months, many of them were rotten & dead. I ordered cca. 30-40 tomato plants, they are still growing, the biggest one is only 30cm and the smallest one is 10cm and I have did not harvest anything this summer.

I brought 20 carnations mixed.. price was 23.99 plus postage nearly 30.00 they were boxed so tightly and compacted and very small and quality was really poor extortionate price for what I received will never use again

Plants are always in great condition and arrive very well packed. The service during the Covid crisis has been excellent and i would definitely recommend this company.

I really feel that the terrible reviews that these guys are receiving are a bit unfair. They were caught totally off guard by the situation this year, their orders must have increased ridiculously over night, and they clearly weren't able to cope. I ordered a large quantity of bedding plants in March (I have bought from these guys before as well). They all arrived by the end of may, and most have done really well. The last pack to arrive were very sad little things which had been mistreated by the couriers too (hermes...say no more!) I messaged Jersey plants and they gave me a full refund for the damaged plants. What lets this company down is the descriptions of their plant sizes. I ordered "jumbo" plants but what arrived were far from Jumbo, hardly bigger than a plug plant really. But as I've said, with a little love and attention they have done well and my garden is full of colour.
Dreadful
Unfortunately, an expensive mistake buying plants from Jersey plants direct. Took ages to arrive and the quality is abysmal. Ended up having to ditch them and buy some locally when I was able to. So disappointed as thought that I was buying a superior product. Quite frankly, if I could give 0 stars, I would. The only positive is that when I emailed them to chase delivery, they replied promptly and the lady I dealt with was very nice. However, I paid 3 times as much as Homebase for rubbish.

This is a terrible company to deal with. The plants we eventually received were in a dire state, damaged and dying. Communication with the company was difficult, their responses were unacceptable, and we did not receive any apology or refund.

Ordered 72 geraniums received in April non have flowered, now July.
Also ordered 4begonia hanging baskets at the same time never arrived cancelled the order after ringing numerous times as I received no reply to the many emails I sent.

Avoid this firm like the plague, unless you like receiving nearly dead plants that soon die off anyway, or like receiving substitute plants with no apology or explanation, or are happy to receive fewer plants than you ordered - and don’t mind waiting until well after the due date. They don’t deserve any stars frankly, a complete waste of time and money.
