Poor service

Poor service. No email received following passport photos. Left 3 separate voicemails with no response. Contacted their customer service who had been in touch with the store and informed that i had to go back to the store for my email. I visited the store to be told all information in any email is already on the photo and should have been told this. I finally got my email. No apology for my time wasted. I'm disappointed at lack of acknowledement and apalling care and service. After using this store several times i will would avoid and never use again.

There was a mix up between our CS team and our Leeds store team as they were right, you were able to use the printed version you were given to apply for your passport with the digital code provided. This was an honest mistake by our CS team however we completely understand the inconvenience and frustration caused by this.

As an apology and recognition of the error, we have refunded 50% of your order.

i use jessops to develop my disposable camera. i get both colour prints and digital copies of all my photos and it's all done within a couple of days.

The assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about cameras and lenses. He took his time showing us various lenses to go with the camera I had chosen. He did not push me into buying a particular one.

Always reliably excellent expertise and service.

As an amateur photographer I rely on the knowledge and expertise of those ' in the business' for advice. Since moving to DSLR cameras, I have always sought that advice from the Staff at Jessops in Leeds. It doesn't matter who I have spoken with in recent years, all Staff have taken time to find out my needs, how I use my camera and then advised on my next purchase. Two weeks ago I spent some time talking with Scott about a possible move to a mirror less camera. Based on his advice, which was unpressured and gave me the facts geared to my sports photography, I went back in today to make a purchase. The Staff in the shop today were equally helpful and willing to spend time answering my questions. Thank you!
