Cut off from my funds overnight. PLN withdrawals were removed without any notice, and credit cards were deleted without any information. The company’s behavior is deeply unprofessional, and support is extremely slow to respond. Stay away from this platform
Didnt get refund for deleted credit card
When i tried to withdraw funds after few days when they deleted CCs. Support told me that i have to use euros ( didnt send any email, push notifications about currency, deleleted credit cards). Then ask me for bank statements deposits . I alreazy checked other opinions and i will not send any important documents for this company so they are keeping my money.

I absolutely do not recommend anyone deal with Jotun. They are first-rate thieves. The story is that I used a virtual Visa card ending in ( 5401) to deposit funds into my XM account. I deposited more than once, traded on the account, and made a profit. When I tried to withdraw to my Jotun Visa, XM sent the funds to the card. There were three transactions, each for $1100, but Jotun did not credit the funds to my account. I contacted them, and they asked for proof of the transfer. I sent them proof containing the transferred amount, the transfer date, the transfer reference number, and all the data that would allow for identification. Their excuse was that they needed XM to write their name on the transfer receipt, which doesn't happen because the company transfers to the Visa card number. They don't deal with a specific bank name; they send the funds to the Visa card that made the deposit. XM provided a complete file for each transaction containing all the details, including the reference number, which makes it easy to identify the transfer. However, Jotun chose theft and fraud as a solution,and till now didn't added the money with total 3300$ to my account and this is Arn number for the 3 transaction which didn’t add to my account till now

How could a financial company offer so inadequate improper inefficient services. Poor customer services dictating rules,improper rules troubled management I have had an account with them: even account management/card managements are all inconsistent.. I face very peculiar services, improper rules and management in this company.. All of a sudden without revealing the truth they can terminate your account saying that you are not eligible for their criteria.. RISKY AND DANGEROUS TO OPT TO USE THEIR SERVICES. You can easily FIND serving a BETTER ONE on the net.. Their service score on the net is not good neither... As one can easily see from their reply below that they conceal their policy which they call it as internal policy to terminate the account abruptly while pushing you away with improper policies..and if you opt to sign up for the account ,after a while one day you wake up and find that they change your status as ineligible for their criterias therefore this company serves with uncertainty(unrevealed internal secrets)through untrustable manner which could be risky for your funds and wealth.

My experience with Jeton has been incredibly disappointing.
First of all, the amount of information required to send a simple payment is absurd. It feels like filling out a tax return rather than making a transfer. You are forced to collect and verify excessive personal details about the recipient — including sensitive information like date of birth. This is not only unnecessary, but also highly uncomfortable when dealing with real people.
The user experience makes things even worse. Entering a date of birth is a nightmare. Instead of allowing manual input, the app forces you to use a calendar that starts on today’s date. So if your recipient was born decades ago, you literally have to click back month by month. For example, reaching 1977 means hundreds of clicks. This is not just bad UX — it’s borderline unusable.
But the real issue is reliability.
After spending a significant amount of time completing a transaction, the app confirmed that the payment was successful. However, five days later I received a short email saying the transaction had failed — with no explanation whatsoever.
If you want answers, you have to chase their support team yourself. And when you do, don’t expect real help. The responses feel automated, repetitive, and completely unhelpful. I kept receiving the same generic template reply over and over again.
Eventually, I was told there was a “temporary issue” with transfers in currencies other than EUR. No prior warning, no transparency, no effort to save users from wasting their time.
Their “solution”? Convert your funds to EUR (paying a fee), then send the payment (potentially paying another conversion fee). In other words — pay extra because their system doesn’t work.
That level of arrogance is honestly shocking.
To sum it up: if you are not using EUR, this platform feels unpredictable, unreliable, and poorly managed. Combined with weak customer support and a frustrating interface, I simply cannot recommend Jeton to anyone.

Live Chat told me:
"We would like to inform you that this is a system-wide issue affecting withdrawals. We are working hard to resolve this at the moment."
And could not provide a timescale of when it will be fixed.
But look back through the recent comments and how many 'system-wide issues' they been having.
Quite a lot I would say.
Which looks very suspicious, wouldn't you say?

I am absolutely appalled by Jeton Wallet’s service. I am a verified customer (ID: 7865285) and I had three active cards:
1. Virtual Card (ending in 3731)
2. Physical Card (ending in 0486)
3. Physical Card (ending in 0093)
Suddenly, Jeton deactivated all these cards due to their own "internal system changes." Despite having already paid my fees (Transaction ID: 23913691), they are now demanding more money for replacements. This is a clear breach of contract.
The worst part? I have a critical, non-negotiable financial deadline TODAY, April 23, 2026. I have spent hours on live chat begging for a resolution, but they provided no guarantee and no immediate help. One agent promised a free replacement, while another denied it.
By cutting off my access to the services I paid for, Jeton has caused me foreseeable financial harm. I am now officially moving forward with a complaint to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Financial Ombudsman Service.

since the card is failing also the app is not working correctly. i've deposited 10$ and when using the card it simply fails. no way to withdraw! i asked to refund my fund from where it came from or just give my fund back, they refused simply, saying they are facing technical issues. however this techinical issue allows people to DEPOSIT freely but when withdrawing you CAN'T! isnt that how scam sites works! they are now telling me to create a new card and use it, however that costs. why would i pay for your fault? when i deposited or in the app ui or any social media platform of theirs, there were no instructions or message that indicates such technical failure. just refund our funds back while you fix your app issue.

Having many problems with Jeton , debit card transaction fail , the next day debit cards cannot be seen in the app , disappeared ! , today I make a small bank transfer , first it says pending an hour later it says failed , no reason are given . Jeton are very disappointing and not reliable at the moment I am testing them out with only a small amount of money , no way will I trust them.

Jeton had been useful for a few years. Jeton Cash was my primary way of adding funds to the wallet. However, given that Jeton Cash has been discontinued, the only way for a Jamaican to add funds is either through crypto or Binance Pay. Given that neither of those is something I use, the platform may become not as useful.
I expected this gap to at least be replaced with a card deposit option or something comparable.
Additionally, while they offer a virtual card for spending , which does work across many merchants and which I had used quite frequently in the past, there is no SWIFT withdrawal option available for Jamaicans.
So if you receive money from a broker like Deriv, your only option is to spend it using the virtual card or crypto withdrawal
Jeton is overall a solid company. However, I hope that in the future they make greater provisions for the Caribbean market, particularly as it relates to SWIFT withdrawals and card deposits.
For now I have found a competing platform that fills these gaps meet my needs.

I sent a payment to my Jeton account Iban for 1200 Euros, Jeton decided to make this payment bounce back without giving me a chance to explain the payment or anything, Its now been a month on and i still havent got the so called payment back its terrible support on top of that i cant even log into my account or do the forgot password option so i cant even get a final complaint response from them to give to the merchant.

This company is a total scam. @doordash_ca @doordash refused to refund an order that I provided irrefutable proof was not delivered to me. So I went to my virtual credit card company @jetonpayments as they are required to protect their clients against fraud. They are refusing to open a fraud case or refund my money. So I now did not get groceries I paid for in good faith, for me and my 81 year old father and no money to repurchase them. You’re both thieves and I’m disgusted.

Jeton held my funds I've deposited into my personal account. This is the first time ever encountering something like this and I am also using Wise/Revolut/Monese/N26/Bunq without any issues. The support reached out to me and unlocked the account.
