Really simple service to use, and impressed with tamper-proof bags supplied for posting jewellery. Communication from Barry was clear and timely and I was kept updated well. The work itself (resizing and repair where ring cut off) was perfect. One happy customer here and will definitely use again.

This is the second time I have used Jewellery Doctor. I find them very easy to use and good prices. They are also very helpful with any queries.

I was a bit dubious at first sending my engagement ring out in the post but after reassurance from Jewellery Doctors I decided to send it. They sent me a prepaid envelope with Royal Mail tracking.

They kept me up to date with everything from the moment they received it to the moment they sent it back to me. It was so quick. I had it back within a week!!

I am absolutely amazed and so happy with the quality workmanship both with fixing the ring and the clean and polish. Wow it looks like a new ring!!

This is the third or fourth time I have sent items to Jewellery Doctor, and they always do an amazing job. This time it was jewellery cleaning. My amethyst ring came back looking brand new. I'm very happy with the service and will continue to use Jewellery Doctor.

Recently had a links of London sweetie ring repaired (re-strung) by Jewellery Doctor. The service was excellent , not cheep but I needed to get it sorted. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again as I have a number of other sweetie items of jewellery

Gold chain and pendant repaired very effectively and at a reasonable price. Both ends of the chain and the eye of the pendant had worn thin over the years and now looks like new.
