This company is scam
Hello. We are a reputed international business with operations in multiple countries. We contacted this company for nylon shuttlecock. We wanted high quality product and ordered samples multiple times and finally shortlisted one model. They sent high quality shuttlecock that wont wobble. Then we want to proceed with actual order and asked them that if we can order 200 tubes to see if the quality is good and then buy huge quantity in thousands. They forced us to buy 1000 tubes and when we got the actual shipment, they sent us wobbling shuttlecock which we can't sell them to customers. So when we asked them, the shuttlecock are wobbling and they are not like samples, they said they prepared exactly like samples and if the shuttlecock wobble, they are not responsible and they will not refund the amount also. We told JEX that we are not able to sell a single tube to customer, their manager Danjor told us that we are not capable of selling shuttlecock and never took responsibility for sending wobbling shuttlecock. I never say this kind of factory or manager who will openly cheat customers. I guess they sent us shuttlecock that were rejected while preparing for other customers. Never do business with this factory. They will never take responsibility, send you bad quality product and screw your business. Also they will blame you that you are not capable of doing business.
